How do I set up a document in Adobe inDesign using inches instead of points?
When it asks me to set a size for the document, I choose to make a custom size. The problem is that I do not know the points (p), and I need to switch this to inches. How do I set up a document 24in x 10in?
It may vary depending on which version you have, but on CS3 for Windows you can change the units like this:
Edit -> Preferences -> Units & Increments
And then change the Ruler Units to inches and this will changes the document setup units to inches.
