in west's eyes , both of them are legal and justified .
but for example Nazis and Hitler are terrorist and criminal , although Hitler's only mistake was trying to invade Europe , but if he tried to invade Asia or Africa , like the UK , France , Holland , Italy and the USA did , no one would said anything wrong about him , he will be some kind of hero because then the victim will be Muslims / Arabs , the same victims of Crusade and Zionist.
