What is a Preprint...?
i am wanting to write a letter to Hugh laurie... on a website.. they have feedback on ppl that send things in to get signed and get it back. they talk about how long it took and stuff... but on some feedback i noticed some ppl are saying its just a preprint but i am happy with it... here is the website:::: http://www.fanmail.biz
